Kia Motors presents the Kia Stinger, a powerful new fastback sports sedan in Europe.
First unveiled at the 2017 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) 2017 in Detroit
in early January and heavily inspired by the Kia GT Concept of 2011.
The new launch represents a move into new territories for the brand.
Kia is going head-to-head with BMW and Audi in the competitive sports saloon market.
The South Korean’s Stinger will compete with some of the world’s most popular cars.
But it hopes that undercutting them on price while matching their quality, performance and sporty,
engaging drive should be enough to convince some drivers to defect.
Kia will equip the Stinger, its drive sports saloon, with a 2.2-litre diesel engine
when it launches in Europe at the end of this year.
